Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

We are a small family run shop in the New Forest, we will always work hard to process all orders promptly but we may be a little slower during the summer season when the shop is extremely busy.

 

We aim to handle orders within 1 -3 business days of being received. To provide you with the best service possible, All orders will be collected every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. We use Parcel Force for all our shipping.

 

We appreciate your understanding and patience as we work to get your items to you as soon as we can!

Dispatch Policy

​

Orders will only be dispatched on receipt of the full amount due and will only be sent to the address confirmed on the original order confirmation. Any address change or variation must be made before dispatch by email from the same email account as the original order. Payment will only be deemed as received on receipt of cleared funds.

Free Delivery Policy

​

Free Delivery applies only to retail orders with £30.00 or more of eligible products (inclusive of VAT at the UK rate). Cancelling items, combining orders, or changing your delivery address, speed, or preference might affect your order's eligibility for Free Delivery.

​

*There may be a surcharge for remote locations.

 

We reserve the right to change or discontinue our free delivery policy at any time although this will not affect existing orders.

Return & Exchange Policy

At A Coven Of Witches, we are dedicated to ensuring that every customer is pleased with their purchase. We provide a 30-day return policy for any items you are dissatisfied with or if you receive a damaged product. To initiate a return, please email us within 30 days of receiving your order.

 

We will assist you through the return process and ensure you receive a replacement or a refund, based on your preference. Please ensure that the product is in its original condition and packaging when returning.

Unwanted Items Policy

​

You may return any unwanted items to us up to 30 days after the day you receive it for a full refund provided, they are unopened, unused and in perfect condition when received. 

​

We will refund you for the goods and original postage (if applicable), less the returns courier charge of each parcel returned.

​

A Coven of Witches does not pay for any packaging for returning items.

​

Damaged Items Policy

​

We never send out damaged goods. We want you to receive your goods in perfect condition, but occasionally, due to the nature of the products we supply, some damages can occur within the courier network.

​

Damages are usually limited to slightly dented packaging with the product inside remaining 100% usable. If you have a concern and would like to get your goods exchanged, please contact us with your order number and photos clearly showing the damage to the product, the internal packaging and the external packaging-clearly showing the label.
